Day 36 of my 100 Day Project to create 100 new art pieces in the next 100 days to cultivate a creative practice. Sometimes we can learn things in our silent moments that are harder to keep hold of once we come back to our normal lives. This is why regular practices, regular returnings to those truths, can be so helpful. So we don't forget.
